台中監獄與弘光科大攜手開辦受刑人太陽光電乙級技術士培訓班。記者余采瀅／攝影 分享 facebook 太陽光電技術相關人才欠缺，為讓受刑人好康活動2018熱門商品在刑期服滿後順利就業，法務部矯正署委託弘光科技大學辦理「太陽光電設置職類乙級技術士技能檢定培訓班」，培訓10位受刑人配線、架設太陽能板等技能，學成後在6月下旬便能參加證照考試，擁有一技之長。法部務矯正署台中監獄典獄長邱鴻基說，受刑人到弘光科大接受太陽光電培訓，事先進行條件篩選，必須要大專畢業或是高中畢業至少工作2年以上，因此，這次挑選出10名大專畢業的受刑人受訓。. } }); } 弘光科大校長黃月桂表示，台中監獄受刑人培訓的專班有98小時的學術科課程，為了讓學員們的技術能夠純熟，學校利用高教深耕計畫經費，提供42小時術科加強訓練課程，讓學員在總時數140訓練下提升技能，希望他們皆可順利考取乙級證照。負責課程規畫的環安系副教授余森年指出，受刑人上課的培訓班課程包含實務操作、量測、故障排除三個部分，從太陽能板角度設定、太陽能板安裝、配網購達人網路購物線、彎管，到測量電壓、電流、功率訊號等均要修習，有的學員從零開始，一開始進度比較慢，經過不斷的操作、訓練，已經建立正確的操作觀念，技術也很純熟，幾乎可以跟上專業人員。余森年說，目前太陽光電產業很夯，相關人才很欠缺，一般相關人員的專業薪水，日薪依照能力不等從1500元到2500元不等，月薪則更高。學校開設的專業訓練課程，可強化光電產業人員的知識，讓學員有更安全的操作模式，技術也能學得更札實，受刑人通過考照後，證明特賣熱賣商品擁有相關的技術能力，廠商聘用意願及信任感比較高。一名受刑人說，以前完全沒接觸過太陽光電技術，可以學到一本周限時購買優惠技之長，覺得很不錯，「我很願意學習，也願意做，希望考取證照，出獄後可以順利找到工作。」受刑人接受太陽光電乙級技術士培訓。記者余采瀅／攝影 分享 facebook
