小小甜品「芋泥磚」 讓紡織廠成功轉型烘焙坊
許多人喜歡吃芋頭，市面上相關甜品也不少。而位在新北市有這麼一間烘焙坊，前身是經營40年的成衣廠，因為大環境不佳被迫結束營業。當時老闆娘為了讓年邁的公公吃他最愛的芋頭用盡巧思，沒想到意外做出特別的甜點。也讓她帶著老員工們，成功轉型。研發出的芋泥磚更曾奪得新北市十大伴手禮，擁有不少死忠支持者。
複合式烘焙坊，許多目光鎖定的都是冷藏櫃裡的它。
客人：「這一個啊，讚，我要一個。」
一個個正方芋泥磚，外貌看似平凡，滋味可不平凡。
客人：「它很新鮮然後口感又很好，滿口的芋頭味道很香醇，很濃然後感覺沒有加一滴水，很好吃。」
人客誇獎到不行，但這份甜而不膩，到底怎麼做出來的。
記者vs.行政總主廚張志清：「這個要蒸多久？一個半小時，這那裡的芋頭？大甲的。」
堅持好原料，蒸好的大甲檳榔心芋頭，鬆軟帶濃香。
記者vs.行政總主廚張志清：「然後砂糖、牛奶，好香喔！」
一攪動不得了，芋頭味瞬間溢滿廚房，但師傅眼睛緊盯，速度隨時變換，好讓芋泥中保留些小塊狀增加口感。
行政總主廚張志清：「這要冷藏一個晚上，本身芋頭有澱粉，基本上冰過之後就會固化。」
曾榮獲新北十大伴手禮，但芋泥磚一開始的發想，卻是來自暢銷產品限時下殺對家人的愛。
品牌創辦人徐存霞：「因為我公公年邁了，然後他很喜歡吃芋頭類的一些製品，想想想就把芋頭蒸熟了以後，加入鮮奶然後一點點的糖，最早期我們紡織廠這邊有一個員工吃飯的一個餐廳，我們一個大灶。
當年外銷成衣廠，苦撐不了只得結束，但跟隨幾十年的老員工怎麼辦，沒料到無心插柳，一個小小芋頭磚，開啟了轉型契機。
行政總主廚張志清：「那我們現在衍生出來，做一個三明治的部分，這樣很費工ㄟ，是啊。」
除了光看就飽的芋頭三明治，還有夾層表面都誠意滿滿的芋頭蛋糕。
行政總主廚張志清：「用芋泥取代奶油，然後你看我們真材實料，因為上面都還有顆粒。」
主打商品走穩成功第一步，接著各式麵包蛋糕應運而生。
客人：「嗯！很綿密，一吃下去芋頭味就是整個在嘴巴裡面，吃的時候停不下來。」
當年為了家人，選擇純天然食材，如今也將這一份良心，放在甜品裡來打動客人的心。
